History
We started in 1980 when Ginny and Norm assumed management of Ulen Country Club in Lebanon, Indiana. They were both trained by Stouffer Foods Corp. While at Ulen CC, Ginny and Norm had an opportunity to start and develop an outside catering company.

During the same period, they had as a hobby: flower gardening. In 1985, they became interested in growing everlasting flowers that dry naturally, and in that year they began growing them for resale.

In 1990, they resigned from Ulen CC, and began pursuit of their two loves: catering and flowers. They started garden tours and demonstration programs that year.They pursued corporate catering by developing an interesting and wholesome box lunch menu. The social catering evolved around affordable wedding packages featuring freshly prepared foods.They serve lunch and light suppers to the visiting groups.
 
On Wednesdays during summer and early fall they are open to the public for lunch and guided tours.
